This website is hosted on Vercel; our database is operated by Neon. When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and access time may be processed automatically in server log files.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) to ensure technical stability and security.

Creating an account (email-code login, no password) is only required for TiG Pilot. All guides, calculators and templates work without an account.

If you use the extension, we process the data you provide for the purpose of preparing and submitting job applications on your instruction: your profile (name, contact details, work history, education, skills), uploaded CVs, generated application documents and the status of your applications. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the service you requested).

AI features (CV parsing, document generation, form answers) send the relevant profile and job text to OpenAI as a processor; the data is not used to train their models per our API terms.

Optional uses of your profile — marketing emails and recruiter/headhunting matching — happen only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can change at any time in your profile settings.

The Amtly mobile app stores your documents and their contents on your device. If you sign in, appointments and document metadata you choose to sync are stored on our servers to enable backup and reminders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you additionally enable encrypted vault sync, your document files and their metadata are uploaded end-to-end encrypted with a key derived from a passphrase only you know. We store only the resulting ciphertext and cannot decrypt it. Turning sync off removes the ciphertext from our servers, as does deleting your account. You can delete your account and all synced data directly in the app.

If you contact us via email, the information you provide, such as name, email address, and message content, will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

We use Google Analytics only if you explicitly accept it in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time:

Independently of that, we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in understanding aggregate usage).
